In celebration of "Pi" Day (k, so it took me a while to figure out why it was pi day cause i was thinking "pie"), we decided to make some pies for our Saturday night festivities. It was awesome! Have I ever told everyone how much I love pie? Well, it's a lot, so we made apply and key lime and I just about died on the spot when we got to eat them. Plus I got to us my little cut'n seal from Pampered Chef and we made little apple pie tarts. It's a spiffy little tool i've decided but I'm sure there's a more efficient way of doing it than I was. Anyway, just wanted to make you all jealous :)

Man I wish I could of spent Pi day with you. I love that you carved out the pi symbol in the crust. This post makes me miss you.
dude...did I ever tell you about the time that I made tarts for Christmas one year, and individually pressed the dough into each mold by hand! Two weeks late my mom told me we had a tool to do it for you!
